-New command bvpay allows faction members to send vault BC to other users
DEV NOTE: This command essentially completes faction functionality – lower ranked users can now withdraw from the vault without needing to be promoted. This means that factions could potentially assign "vault manager" positions to users who manage payouts after each expedition, ensure members don't "go rogue" and withdraw everything, encourages greater faction cohesion, and much more.
–bmembers now shows each members' Bcoins ID
–bkick and bvpay accept both Bcoins ID and user pings
–bcustompetemoji for donors – change pet's appearance to a custom emoji
