-Fixed longtime leaderboard glitch – server leaderboard no longer displays duplicate users with same balance
-Lotto pool now starts at base 750,000 BC and tickets stack on top
-Users who join this server will gain a 5k BC reward
-More leaderboard fixes

-Added lottery. Type "bclottery" to access this
-Users can no longer be raided if they have been online in the last 4 hours

-Leaderboard is now per-server by default
-Faction list is also per-server
*Note: server leaderboard may take time to populate, users will appear once they check their balance at least once in a server

-Removed warchest from faction view
-New look for bchelp command

-Robbing/raiding has been revamped!
Faction is no longer required to rob/raid
20k is the max you can steal per raid
You can no longer take anything under the target's insurance value
Warchest has been deprecatd
Maximum penalty per rob is 5k
No more police – target will recieve any money that is stolen upon failure
-Gambling leaderboard has been upgraded
Now displays monthly, weekly, and daily top gambles
-Various bugfixes
