-Backend update for Questing system (not yet playable)
DEV NOTE: The questing system is now fully working based on limited testing – this includes generating, progressing through, and completing the quests. It is not available to play yet, this update is just laying the groundwork and ensuring everything runs smoothly. Further testing will commence soon, and Quests are expected to launch with the Summer Update on June 10th!
-Vote streaks now have a limit of 45 from 15
-Fixed issue where DMs could not be disabled via button
-Balance button locations and names rearranged to be friendlier for new players
-Bot now checks for permissions and displays an error message when missing them
-Bug and stability fixes
