-Introducing the USER MARKET! Type "bmarket" to get started. Help command has been updated with information regarding user market.
-Adds a basic order book to Bcoins items. Users can now list items for certain sell prices and other users can buy these items at any time.

-Rename "Warehouse" to "Grand Hall"
-New command "bupgradevault" – using Grand Halls will upgrade your faction's vault by 500k each
DEV NOTE: THIS WILL PROBABLY BE LOWERED TO 250K WHEN MORE BENEFITS ARE ADDED TO GRAND HALLS

-Switch voting botlist back to top.gg (they seem to have fixed their issues)
-Extend watering deadline to 30 hours
