-New dynamic ratelimit system written from scratch
DEV NOTE: This new system should address many of the concerns with long command ratelimits. It calculates the average time between multiple commands and meaning all commands should have a very short cooldown if not spammed.
-Removed passive earning
DEV NOTE: Passive earning was an old feature that a very small percentage of Bcoins users were even aware of. The bot in its current state has departed far from its original vision of being a passive chat tool so this feature has been removed.
-Overhaul item ID system – more aliases now work and are shorter
-Lottery is now capped at 40 million
-Attempting to gamble or pay large amounts, or bsellall, now asks for confirmation
DEV NOTE: This can be disabled in the future.
-Replace Pride Month event with permanent 2x work bonus if the Official Server has been joined
-Fix transferring buddy without unequipping first
-Remove incorrect "equip time" display for Hearty Loaf
-Various other optimizations
-Fix "Online shield disabled" message to only trigger on high balances with more clarity

-Decreased generator buy price and overheat rate
-Decreased Uranium rarity slightly
-Vote crate scaling adjusted (max 20 at God rank)
-Prestige users now get 20 crates at all ranks
-Prestige users can now add gen slots at any rank

-Increase base explore rate and work earnings for lower ranks
-Increase chances of work bonuses (raises)
-Uranium is now less rare

-Mining loot table adjusted to drop more metals
-Renamed "Server Rack" to "Machine Casing"
-Introducing Autosell – Any items you gain from exp/mine/fish/hunt over your max item limit will be automatically sold

-Updated bloot to now display loot from all commands
-Cooldowns menu now uses circles and generator CD works properly.
