New Lottery System
-Pool is now randomly determined instead of ticket-dependent
-Total tickets purchased is now hidden until the lottery is drawn
-Tickets purchased still increase your chance of winning but no longer affect jackpot
-Lottery is now paid out in Ancient Treasure instead of Manuscripts
DEV NOTE: This is my final attempt at making a fair lottery system. If this new system isn't well-received lottery will likely be removed as all viable balance options have been exhausted at this point.
Prestige Changes
-All Prestige tiers now grant +10m Inventory Worth
-Prestige V perk increased to 2.5x Bank Capacity from 1.5x
-Prestige VII perk changed to 50% Miner Boost
-Prestige cost adjustment
Balance Changes
-Iron Shield and Diamond Shield now cost more to craft
-Diamond Shield now lasts 4 days from 7 days
-Buffalo and Ox pelt rarities decreased
-Completionist titles now require all prior pages to be completed
