-Fertilizer fix

-Fertilizer can now be used with "bfertilize"
-Items can be looked up with "bitem " – this currently has no meaningful information aside from numerical ID but it's there
-Exploring has a min cooldown of 5 minutes if a pickaxe of any type is equipped

-Diamond Excavator – a MUCH stronger version of the normal pickaxe
-Rocks gained from normal pickaxe slightly decreased

-Fix coffee and certain prestige bonuses not registering

-Fatal crash fix
