-Prestiges 12-24 unlocked (DEV NOTE: Currently have no gameplay bonus but will in the future)
-Maximum rob cap raised to 10mil from 1mil
-Fix inaccurate minimum listing price display
-Cooldown now happens after rapidly cancelling or ending multiple giveaways
-Giveaway invites are no longer shown for non-public giveaways (<10mil or not shown on cooldown screen) and disclaimer for server gws
-Users can no longer receive money from other users if they have over 500,000,000
-Users with over 1,000,000,000 have a universal 30min rob protection (lowered from 4hr)
-Various bug fixes and optimizations
