-Factions can now be levelled up to Lv 100
*DEV NOTE: This serves no purpose right now aside from increasing your spot on top factions! By reaching level 20 you have all faction benefits in the game. I'm adding this now so players have a BC sink in case they wish to prepare for future updates.
